Other Weed-Infused Cookie Recipes

How to Dose Weed Cookies

It’s essential to be cautious while dosing your cookies to get the proper amount of THC. Overdosing on edible products happens frequently, and people have to call the police and medical sources during the panic made by overdosing on weed edibles.

Most of the time, the event gets over without severe damage. So, dosing your weed cookies correctly is the most important.

Most marijuana bud varieties will average about 10 percent THC, although some medical strains come with about twice as much THC due to careful breeding and selection.

One gram of cannabis is one thousand mg, and ten percent of that is one hundred mg, meaning each gram has one hundred mg of THC.

A right cookie dose of THC is five milligrams. Suppose you use three grams, that’s 300 milligrams of THC. Divide that amount into 60 cookies, and you have five milligrams per cookie.

One of the most significant points to remember is that you need to start with one or one-half cookies and wait up to 2 hours to test your tolerance.

A Word of Caution!

Weed cookies are an excellent means to spread happiness. If your batch of cookies is too large to have right away, make sure you freeze them in an airtight jar to extend their shelf life for another 2-3 weeks.

Overdosing on marijuana edibles frequently happens due to new users indulging their sweet tooth with weed edibles.

If you overdo it, the essential thing is to stay as relaxed as possible. Overdoing it is rarely harmful and not known to have ever been deadly.

There is no single antitoxin for weed overuse. Some users do it by eating or smelling black peppercorns to quickly get rid of the anxiety caused by massive THC doses.

Others claim that the most helpful thing is to have some CBD handy and take up to 15 mg of CBD. CBD will displace the THC from the cannabinoid receptor without causing any stimulation or anxiety.

Attention!

Please do not stock your weed cookies in a room where kids could get their hands on them. They look like a regular cookie, and any minor or pet that finds them will likely gulp them!

Final Words

People say that marijuana tends to make everything better: games, music, certain late-night fun activities, and now, even food.

It’s time for you to take that step forward and make your own weed edibles to enjoy the day in and day out. Don’t forget to check our other interesting articles on marijuana Here!
